I rarely leave reviews, but I feel others should know about my experience. In July 2025, I purchased the most expensive Tempur-Pedic mattress they offered, along with the Smart Base, for approximately $9,700. As part of the purchase, I was told I would receive a mattress protector. It’s now been over a year, and I still have not received it. I stopped at this store to just look and was really impressed with Valerie and her knowledge about mattresses, that I decided to buy locally which I like to do. I was told that I would receive info on when my order would go into the que, when it's shipped and etc. with the understanding it would be 4 to 6 weeks. I never heard a word! I called store after 3 weeks and was told they would let me know as it looked behind schedule.
