Recent Mattress Purchase In Ann Arbor After about a month of looking for a new mattress, I ended up making my purchase at Mattress and Futon Shoppe. Not only was their selection great, but I also got the best price I could find in Ann Arbor. The salesperson Mike listened to my needs and helped me select the set that best worked for me. I would recommend this Shop to anyone who needs a new mattress.
very pleased Great selection great service all my questions were answered.They didn't just want to sell me a mattress they wanted me to know what i was getting. I also liked the fact my mattress was made in Michigan. I would go back for my next set.
Mattress and Futon Shop While going around Ann Arbor searching for a futon/frame set, I found many stores. Among Big Lots, Meijer, Dragon's Lair, The Mattress and Futon Shop, with Mike at the helm was very kind and courteous. After being pushed into a sale without warranty at Dragon's Lair, I went to MFS and found great prices and a very flexible laway program that fit my financial needs at the time. Very pleased I stopped in this store looking for a mattress for my son's new apartment on campus. I was helped by the salesman Mike, who was attentive, professional, and personable. I got exactly what I wanted at the price I could afford and everything was quick and easy! I will definitely return to this store next time I need a new mattress.
Yuck! Creepy Place! While in the market for a new high-end mattress, I stopped in this little shop to see what was available. Oh my, I felt I was being harrassed by a used car saleman.
Mattress & Futon Shoppe on Stadium The WORST shopping experience I have ever had. The salesman Mike was very high pressure and didn't really seem to know his product. He just kept bugging us to buy stating that he NEEDED the sale. We actually caught him lying about things and never stopped talking. What a sleasy person. DON'T buy here!
Yuck! Creepy Place! While in the market for a new high-end mattress, I stopped in this little shop to see what was available. Oh my, I felt I was being harrassed by a used car saleman. The employees obviously get commission on sales because our sales lady would not leave us alone. Plus, she wouldn't stop pushing the sale and kept giving us a "deadline" for the deal. Horrible! Warning....the salesman, Mike, will do his best to talk you into a more expensive purchase. If you have any problems with your product, he is absolutely no help at all. He is the LAZIEST salesman I've ever encountered.. No follow up, told me to contact the manufacturer myself. He has no respect for his customers at all. I was reluctant to give him even 1 star....it should actually be a negative........
