Very disappointing experience with “Gabby”. My wife and I needed to purchase a bed for my aging mother as she transitions from independent living to an elderly community. I was made to feel guilty by relating my level of care and concern for my mother with the amount of money that I would be spending on a mattress. We felt pressured and manipulated and there was a total lack of compassion during what is a very busy and challenging time. So glad that we left and found the complete opposite treatment from another company.
