Great experience at the Zephyrhills location. Darren was great. He greeted us immediately and asked if we needed any assistance. He answered all of questions and guided us to which bed would work for us. He was very patient and kind. Highly recommend.
They did their best to accommodate our wants at an affordable price! I suggest purchasing from them! Quick delivery and set up!
Almost perfect transaction; wish I could do 4.5. Darrel was great, delivery happened as scheduled. Only glitch, is the waterproof cover must be washed before using…however it says you can’t dry it with any heat. . Delivery at 2:30 pm.. am I supposed to stay up all night trying to get cover dry by air drying? The cover should have been given me at the store yesterday and I wouldn’t feel jammed-up. Great mattress at great price.
Darren was an excellently informed salesman. He was very patient and didn’t hurry us at all. I would highly recommend him to everyone.
