Daniel was a wealth of knowledge and the service was great.
Sales rep Daniel was an absolute amazing guy and handled the busy evening like a champ. We had walked into the Mattress Firm around 6 and he had two families he was waiting on. Still took the time to great us and said he’d be with us as soon as he could. He did his thing and was with us to answer questions within 30 min and we left to go grab some food and came back. Sleep Expert Daniel is very funny, knowledgeable and helpful
Mara was AMAZING. She really took the time to help me decide which mattress brand and style best fit my needs. Her customer service skills are impeccable, and I truly appreciate everything she helped me with. Also, the two delivery guys were A+. They were very professional, clean, neat, and very efficient.
