great customer service and works with getting u a good deal
As mentioned previously, there were some bumps in the road but Carly was very helpful in smoothing them out.
Heather is the sales person who assisted us. My husband and I are older with a variety of aches and pains. She showed us several beds that were different types beds from what we had before. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We settled on a bed and Heather did the paperwork and scheduled delivery. It was a pleasure to work with her and we will highly recommend Heather and Mattress Firm to our friends.
Heather was very informative and not pushy at all and went through all of my options. I am pleased with the service, and it is being delivered next month
