Tamara was patient and knowledgeable about the products and offered excellent service.
Gordon was the best!!!
Low pressure great service
I guess they don't teach their associates to discuss price ranges or budgets. I am lucky I can afford the pillows I have been sold but going to be super bummed if they suck over time and I'm out $400. Lame. And look how my egregiously overpriced pillow came. Could be a used one shrink wrapped and swapped out in this box
I liked the showroom and the ability to try out several mattresses in person. Gordon was very knowledgeable, friendly and perceptive as he factored the needs of both me and my husband into our final purchase decision. The mattress was delivered two days later and we are enjoying better sleep already. I would recommend Mattress Firm and would shop there again.
