Lance was awesome
My experience was great my sales lady rasady. (Im sure I spelled her name wrong my apologies) was is the best. I called the store on a Sunday she took her time to talk to me about exactly what I needed in a new mattress. She added discount code pointing out sales. And the 120 days was used 3x until the level of comfort was meet. I was very impressed with her I tell everyone to deal with her.
James did a great job and helped us select the mattress that meet our needs.After trying the mattress for over 60days it turned out to be to firm we selected another.the return was easy and smooth no hassle The delivery process was smooth. Drivers were professional EFFICIENT and courtesy
