UPDATE: 8/7/2025 I went in with my mom after work after resesrching online for a mattress that helps with side sleepers with shoulder pain. I talked the day before with Devonna. She said she would research some options and would help when i dropped by after work the next day. We met and she was very knowledgeable and honest. You dont get that now days. We had a great experience shopping at Mattress Firm. The associate was very helpful, we were shopping for box springs but she helped us with questions about mattresses and pillows in addition to finding us the right box springs. We were able to pick up our box springs from the warehouse and the box springs did the trick, our bed is comfortable again. Highly recommend, very knowledgeable.
