Karen was fantastic! She greeted my young daughter and I immediately upon entering the store and was friendly right from the start. She was down to earth, was able to engage and interact with my daughter as the mattress was for her, and was very knowledgeable. This was my second experience shopping at this location and would highly recommend both the store and staff, especially, Karen!
Tom was an amazing salesperson. He took to time to go over all the different mattresses and options with my wife and I until we found something we both were comfortable with. He then helped us make sure it was something that would fit within our budget. Highly recommended.
