I previously left the store of a competitor being very upset with the experience. I almost placed an on-line order for two beds. Fortunately, I chose to try once more, this time at Mattress Firm. The experience was delightful and two beds are on their way to me.
Tom was an amazing salesperson. He took the time to go over all the different mattresses and options with my wife and I until we found something we both were comfortable with. He then helped us make sure it was something that would fit within our budget. Highly recommended.
Very friendly service and a beautiful place full of beds I should be sleeping in!!!
