I have been struggling to find a mattress that appropriately accommodates my side sleeping. After numerous bed-in-a-box attempts, we decided to go into the store. Wayne was an amazing help - within 5 minutes he had identified 3 beds that we loved. For anyone - but especially people who struggle with finding a comfortable mattress - I strongly recommend this place.
Wayne was extremely helpful. He asked us lots of questions to guide us to a mattress that fit our sleep style and our budget. Mattress Firm calls its staff Sleep Experts and that's not an exaggeration. He really knew his stuff. Best of all, he wasn't pushy.
