Ken was amazing to work with, EXTREMELY knowledgeable about sleep issues as well as the mattresses he was showing( not selling)...a real no pressure experience! Highly recommend, you may find out that you may need a better mattress,and if you do, they have fantastic finance options!!
The staff in Waterford Mattress Firm are fantastic! Kim and Ian were unbelievably pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. They very patiently waited as I tried out mattresses again and again, giving me either close attention or "space" when I needed them. Kim worked with me writing out the details of the sale, and I felt that I received a really good deal. Next time I go mattress hunting, I'll start my shopping here!!
