Excellent and helpful service from Tommy. We needed a mattress and frame for one of my kids and he took the time to explain the various options available to us and helped to narrow down what we we're looking for. Very easy purchase process. I saw a couple of other mattress brands that I had heard of (in consideration for a future purchase to replace the bed my wife and I current use) but didn't know much about. He gave us a demo and thoroughly explained how they are built and their functionality.
