When I went to try mattresses in store, the associate brought me to the back to look at one who then revealed a roughly 3 inch long cockroach on the mattress… Ordered mattress two weeks before scheduled delivery date. It is now one week after the scheduled delivery date and I still have not received my mattress. Customer service told me “ah man, that sucks. Kobby at the mattress firm was the best guy there is and really appreciate all the help he has given me and information he has helped me with in finding in what I need for comfortable sleep. I went back and got my son a new mattress and will be back again if we need anything else. Thank you for everything you have done.
