My mother and I went to Mattress Firm, and Kobby was extremely helpful! He was super kind, and unlike most people, when they just try to get the job done and rush, he is very passionate about it, he takes his time, and he connects with his customers. Next time I need a bed mattress, I will definitely come here again!
Went to mattress firm this evening and Kobe was awesome! Very knowledgeable and I wish we could have bought our mattress from him! When he looked at his warehouse and the manufacturer online, it showed it was out of stock. We were able to buy it online while we were still in the store. We will definitely be back to this store when it’s time to purchase a new mattress! Hopefully a black beauty 🤩
