My family and I visited mattress firm, and it was a game changer. Best location out of the 6 I've visited in Virginia and Texas. Nicole was amazing. She was professional, courteous, made tailored recommendations and was able to provide great discounts. Bonus: she provided crayons and paper for our small kids so parents could focus on the mattresses.
We've bought and visited other locations in other states but this location was amazing. Nicole provided our kids drawing paper and crayons to keep them entertained while we tried the different mattresses. She then worked magic to resolve all our needs. The 5 star review is well earned.
