I purchased a full size bed and adjustable base from Tracey at the Tully San Jose location and got excellent service from her. She is very knowledgeable about the products she is selling, a good listener and does not pressure sell. She knows the right questions to ask so she can put you in front the best options for you. So if you want a pleasurable and easy time shopping for a mattress make sure you ask for Tracey.
