I was desperate - Handyperson didn’t show and mattress needed rotated. We are 80+ with no strength . I called and immediately they looked up my account and planned for help. I ultimately got a neighbor to help, but MFIRM was fast and responsive.
Not to pushy like he's desperate for a sale . I would have left if he would have been. He was very understanding about my money situation and ok and able to work with it.
