Amazing experience from start to finish. The sales person George, was great. He showed me several options and found a perfect match for me. He also made payment and delivery set up a beeeze. Ricardo was available to meet all of my customer service needs throughout the delivery process. The delivery team was prompt and professional. They took the time to put on shoe covers to protect my carpet and set everything up in a snap. I would definitely use mattress firm for my next mattress purchase.
We came to the showroom to replace our old mattresses. Anthony was our salesman. He provided a lot of information about the various mattresses in the showroom. We were able to lay on several mattresses and compare each one we were interested in. Anthony understood our needs and did an awesome job in explaining the warranty and delivery process on the selected mattresses we purchased.
So helpful and no pressure. I felt well informed and bought a wonderful mattress.
