The people at this store were so nice! A guy named Jackson helped me out so I could get a mattress in stock same-day. He was attentive and pulled out a bunch of different mattresses for me to try, but he also came off as very kind in a genuine way and not pushy. I feel like it can be awkward to go mattresses shopping but their store/mattresses are suuuper clean and the staff seemed professional and nice.
Our initial mattress completely failed. However, through their warranty system, we received a credit for a complete refund. George, the salesperson, was able to guide us in the proper decision for the right mattress. We also were able to get an amazing deal on the proper moving bedframe that we initially thought was out of range. Jackson, the manager, was able to match a price we thought was appropriate. I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm earlier this week. The sales associate Jorge was fantastic. He was helpful, patient, and allowed me to browse all the different options according to my sleep preferences. He never made me feel rushed and I was able to try out all the different mattresses around the store. He was also really knowledgeable in answering my questions. Highly recommend this store and highly recommend Jorge - 10/10 customer service!
