I ordered my mattress online thinking it would be comparable to the previous bed and it just wasn’t. Thank goodness Ayah and the team at Tacoma mall blvd kept in touch for follow ups to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was actually really uncomfortable and thought I didn’t have options. They told me i should come in and try out the other mattresses and we could just do an exchange for minimal cost compared to buying a new mattress outright or bearing the discomfort.
