No pressure. Lenae had great knowledge of the products. She listened to me and my wants. She heard me when I told her I was doing research and shipping around. She shared knowledge about the products and didn’t try to upsale but did provide info on why one was better or higher cost than another. At the end she supported my choice and the price was within my budget. Excited for my new mattress to arrive. Buying a mattress is a long term commitment and I felt at ease shopping at this location.
Went in today not sure of what I wanted. After a series of questions (sleep positions, problems with sleep, etc.) I tried beds that fit my needs. Ayah was fantastic! She is extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses (including fun facts about their origins). She gave me facts about what each mattress does and helps with and gave me time to make my own decision. It was honestly a great experience and everyone at the store was really friendly. Definitely 10/10 in customer service.
Ty was so wonderful to work with. Coming from Olympia location, she brings Tacoma a fresh perspective on comfort sleeping. Her bubbly personality, attention to detail, and patience with customers, is the perfect recipe for sells and customer satisfaction. If I buy a bed, I’m coming to see Ty!
