The gentleman assisting us today was very knowledgeable and patient. He asked very helpful questions to get what we were wanting and followed through with information we needed to know about the mattress we were buying. A very good experience.
Walked in to buy a mattress, cash in hand. Salesman was rude, giving me the run around, never showing me a mattress. Walked out, spent money elsewhere. Lacking Customer Service, came to buy not chat.
2 ladies who assisted me were great & very helpful!! I had 2 choose an exchange mattress that was equal or more than the original. The mattress I chose was $500 more than orig---very expensive! When looking @ Stearns & Foster website same mattress is $700-800 less than your price. But I had really no option cause the prices had gone up since initial purchase...but the customer service staff was exceptional but they have 2 follow company policies.
The young lady in there helping us was top notch.
