I did this transaction long distance I live in Hutchinson Kansas the lady that was helping my daughter was so friendly and the gentleman that came in on the call to help get the ball rolling he was very nice very helpful very pleasant people and my daughter was able to bring her for babies in and they loved him up so their pet friendly but it was good experience and I appreciate them working with me via phone
