No warranty claim at all The bed I bought from this company is garbage and hurt our back due to manufacture fault. Then we are told to claim the warranty. Avoid like the plague ! My experience with this place was outright terrible. The sales people would lie you in your face, deny all responsibility for their own errrors, and then will blame you for their own incompetence. During the purchase, the salesman (Bob Bonab) promised that the delivery crew will call me one hour ahead of time, so that I won't have to spend numerous hours waiting at home. disgusting This is the worst store I have been in USA...Mattress over there not worth of single penny and the sales person is not even worth of anything. Even single star is not worth of store.
Crooks! Do not buy a mattress from here! They sell used mattresses as new!! We purchased a king tempurpedic mattress at the Stevens Creek location and exchanged it for a cal king only to receive a used mattress. We know it is used because it is much softer than the king mattress was. They are not willing to rectify the problem which leads me to believe that their level of customer service is non-existant!
