They did a really good job and didn't pressure us into buying any specific product but did inform us on which was best for certain kinds of sleepers or people who have back pain. We had went in, looked left, went to lunch and came back, and they gave us space when we came back to let us look on our own, which we really appreciated. The only place I will shop for a mattress. This was my second mattress I purchased from them and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a lot to choose from and name brands that are reputable in the industry with the best prices I could find, even online. Store is very clean and well maintained. Staff was A++
