I had good customer service while there but somehow ended up with a mattress different than what I picked out. I recognized immediately that it was not the correct mattress and was asked to wait at least 30 days to give the mattress time. After 30 days I called again saying it is not the correct mattress and I’ve spent most of my time sleeping on my couch because this one is so bad on my body.
