The salesman, Phil was very pleasant and not high pressure. Michael, the delivery man was great. However, the mattress came with a terrible scrape and water stain damage, which he verified with a photo. They redelivered a new mattress; however I'm very disappointed that they'd unload damaged goods onto an elder unsuspecting customer.
