Time had come for a new mattress. Knew I'd be going to Mattress Firm. Was a bit nervous not knowing what to expect. Wrote down questions and space limitations. Phillip was so helpful and introduced me to options that made decision making easier. New mattress and base coming Dec. 6. Finally some pain free sleep ...or less of it.
Michelle was a great with helping us decide what mattress would be best suited for us. She took the time to explain the warranty and sleep trial in a way that made it easy to understand. The store was clean and inviting with plenty of option to try out before you buy.
When going to Mattress firm of Springhill We were greeted by a lovely sleep expert named Cassandra She did a wonderful job of showing us all the varieties of beds and giving us great detail on how they could help us get a better night sleep. We feel confident in our decision and had a wonderful experience and would recommend her amazing services to anyone who is looking to find a bed to fit their comfort!
Kyle was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was nice and clean. It was a great experience.
