I’m glad I decided to visit my local Mattress Firm instead of ordering online! I had a very positive experience from start to finish. Patrick was incredibly helpful—he took the time to explain the differences between models and helped me find the perfect match for my needs. He also went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal, applying seller coupons to maximize my savings. To top it off, the matching box springs were free! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
Patrick the salesman was very knowledgeable and patience. Only one setback, sometimes less talking is better. Several times I said great and let’s make the deal. He continued with sales talk. Other than that Patrick is spot on and very attentive. He really knows mattresses and allows you to see and ask many questions. His strongest attribute is the way he points out that your decisions are what’s most important. I would do business with him and Mattress Firm again!!!!!
The sales rep was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, , respectful , thoughtful (suggestions regarding what would be good for my daughter's back). He was not pushy to make a sale. When we first arrived, he was helping a few people at a time, but we did not feel like we had to wait, everything ran smoothly.
