Very easy. We knew what we were looking for, sort of. All our questions were answered by Allie. And she was great!
Mike was awesome! We had lots of questions and concerns about mattresses. He was very attentive and showed us all the options that applied to us based on our wants and needs. He was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain the differences in the mattresses and bases. He walked through all of our questions and concerns and resolved all of them.
