Great sales associate! Satisfied with the customer service and with the pricing. My biggest complaint is their computer system. Feels like it's straight out from the '90s. Once we had a base and mattress selected, it still took 40 minutes to complete our transaction. There's no reason it should take that long. Between the system asking us the same question multiple times, it seemed like the system took a long time for the associate to navigate and we sat most of that time in complete silence. It's 2025.
