I knew exactly what I was looking for and the associate got it right the first time. I had driven by the place a hundred times. First visit was a winner.
Sales lady kept it 100% with me I was reeled in by the 4th of July mattress deal that showed her $1,000 mattress for $400. Glad I went in because that mattress was trash. She showed me the one I really wanted which was $917 out the door. Sale price for $1600. It is always wise to go in to see what you're getting instead of relying on a television ad
Great customer service, quick & easy. Now hopefully the delivery service will be good. I do not like the no contact delivery option, if you don't pay for the set up fee, of $100. They still should notify you when your mattress is delivered, because over all you've still spent money on their product.
When i say thee best customer service. Afrisha you have done it. She is definitely a sleep expert. Very educated in her career. And all of my needs was met physically and monetarily. I appreciate you and would recommend anyone to visit the South Euclid location.
