Stacey was polite and professional, seemed to know the products she is selling. Bought the mattress Sunday and it was delivered Monday. We are very happy customers of the South Euclid Mattress Firm.
Stacey at the store on Cedar in Cleveland was very helpful, and very pleasant to work with.

Delivery drivers were great! They arrived when they said they would, they were professional and courteous. Awesome service.
