I went to Mattress Firm in Smithfield looking for a box spring for a crib-to-full conversion. The gentleman there was super helpful, polite, and patient. Unfortunately, I accidentally bought the wrong size (twin instead of full). When I brought it back, the employee was completely understanding—no hassle at all.
