We had a great experience shopping at mattress firm. Abraham, our sales person, was very knowledgeable and gave us ample time to ask questions and try many different options as we worked on making a final decision.
I reserved a mattress online and when I got to the store the service was quick and the staff were very cordial. Great overall experience with fast and pleasant service.
Abraham was exceptional. Polite, well educated on all types of mattresses and accessories. He was such a pleasure. I did not feel pressured at all.
Ask for Abraham - he never pressured us, but listened to what we were looking for and helped us hone in on the right mattress. The prices were excellent (it was Labor Day weekend). They also deliver the mattress on a day of your choosing for a small charge.
