My wife and I walked into this store for a pillow. Left buying a $15,000+ sleep system from Jacob. The company is very lucky to have someone like that working there. He is a very good sales person, very knowledgeable. We will be coming back and buying more mattresses for our guest room soon from him. Would recommend.
Very competitive pricing . Price and product was right where I wanted to be . It hasn't been delivered yet so can't say how i will really like it but Zachary was very personable and it was the 3rd place we priced . He got our business.
We purchased a Purple mattress and high tech,(really low Tech), base that totaled over 6k, a week ago. The base motor and remote to bed is dysfunctional and called and spoke to the manager,(or posed as manager), at the store who assured me they would replace the base yesterday, Sunday, at our home. We scheduled our entire day around this event and they were a “no call”, “no show”….smh… missed church and an important family function do to their inability to follow through and incompetence.
