This is the second time I’ve purchased mattresses from this store just this year. My visit today was amazing. Alexia was tremendously helpful and sought to find a mattress that fit what my daughter perfectly with everything she wanted and within the budget we wanted to spend. She asked lots of questions, listened, and made wonderful suggestions. She really cared about the sleep quality our daughter was experiencing. We purchased a mattress on May 30, and the in-store experience was excellent. The store manager was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions, even though we had already done extensive research. Based on our experience in the store alone, I would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately, the delivery process was extremely disappointing. We were originally told the mattress would be delivered on June 5. When that date passed, we received no phone call, email, or text message explaining the delay. ... read more
