This was my very first time going into a Mattress Firm store and my experience was wonderful. The store was #024181 on Rock Hill, SC and my sales associate's name was Jeffrey. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable, and was nice and polite. Five stars across the board. I would definitely go back if I am ever in need of another mattress!!!!
