Our search for a mattress began last year but we couldn't make a decision at that time. When we returned last week, we saw Christine from the Rensselaer NY location, who was the salesperson we'd met a year ago. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses, she was also friendly and accommodating in allowing us to take our time making a decision, with no pressure to purchase until we were ready. I have needed a new mattress for a while and I finally made a decision to get a new one. I stopped in today and Kelley helped me right away and I cannot wait to get my new mattress! She was very thorough but also she did not overwhelm me with too many options. Please don’t sleep on getting a new mattress, Kelley is ready to help you get the sleep you deserve! 😊

Christine made this the most pleasant buying experience ever. Couldn't stand the thought of leaving her there after such an informative and entertaining evening, I got rid of the baggage, got an extra job and going to see if she wants to pick out a mattress to go in my extra bedroom and train/retrain all my employees. She's an asset that any company would love to have on board. Going to keep check on this one. Might have to shoot my shot one day, I'm certainly not getting anywhere with them.

Had a great experience with Taylor. Never felt like I was getting pushed towards pricier options or pressured. Taylor listened and responded and helped me find a good option that was I enjoyed and was in budget. Left happy and excited to try my new bed! 10/10 Update: delivery just happened and I was again thrilled with the service, arrive right at the start of the delivery window and in and out inside 30 minutes! Big shout out to Caesar and Angel for great work during set up and removal!
