This originally would be a lot lower of a score only dealing with the online ordering. From my experience, there's no online ordering customer service and so the bed I ordered almost 2 weeks ago never shipped. I called the store, and Bobby helped me. He swapped the order for a bed in the local warehouse and I was able to pick it up the same day. Never order online and talk to someone from a store if you're going to be a customer of Mattress Firm. Terrible online experience, best experience with Bobby.
