Zach our sales guy was excellent and extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! We have bought all of our mattresses from Mattress Firm and always have had a great experience.
The manager Ty is very customer friendly. The location is clean and the experience was easy. However the 2nd employee there was abrasive…I think his name was Zach…. Not someone I would want to do business with
