This is the third bed we have purchased at this location over several years. I always know what I want when I go in and each time the sales associate has been more than helpful and responsive to what I am asking for.
Sandy was informative without being pushy, easy to speak with and very respectful.
If you go to the Poway location you have to ask for Sandy! Shes literally a sleep expert professional. So knowledgeable! Never thought I could spend such a lovely 3 hours in a mattress shop! 10/10 recommend!
Sandy was an absolute pleasure to discuss with, my person was so happy with experiencing her first mattress/pillow purchase and she was just the best!
