Javi was very much knowledgeable and helpful with every question I threw at him. Much needed upgrade need and well worth it.
Martin sold me a discontinued mattress and never mentioned it at time of purchase. 1.5 months into using the mattress I was having back/neck issues and decided to go back into the store to figure out what was going on. That's when I realized Martin's mistake. And because of him I had to pay additional to replace the current mattress. Horrible experience and I'd caution you guys when buying anything from this place. Extremely deceitful.
Came in to look at some mattresses for myself and my son and had a great experience. The manager Javi was very helful and guided us to the best picks for our needs. We are excited to get our tempur pedic mattresses! Best service ever!
