We purchased our first Mattress Firm from this location several years ago and have been quite pleased thus far. We visited yesterday to purchase the Pillows and some Bed sheets and coverings. Again, the experience did not disappoint. There was a bit of a hurdle with the credit application process; but it was resolved.
The manager who helped us in port Chester was outstanding and friendly! He really helped us out picking the best mattress. Would come back again!
Our 4 year old was upgraded to a full mattress today & the manager, Eric, made the entire experience so fun and exciting for our little guy! He cannot wait for his new big boy bed! Next day delivery gets it here just in time for Christmas - such a great experience & we will be back!
