I arrived late, after 7:20pm. Craig helped me without rushing. He displayed his knowledge on selecting the right mattress for a proper rest. I am very fortunate I did not purchase a mattress online. I will now encourage friends and family to go in person to select a mattress. Thanks again to Mattress Firm, I appreciate the service.
Jaimie, our sales rep, was very knowledgeable and patient. He was very helpful in making the final choice. He knew we had arthritis and steered us to the appropriate mattresses for our needs. Seeing all the different mattresses was confusing. Jaimie steered us in the right direction and explained the alternatives. Jaimie took the stress out of making a decision explaining if our choice was not the right one, we had time to make an exchange.
