Chuck was very professional, patient and thorough in going over mattress choices and the benefits of dealing with Mattress Firm with me. He also displayed his expertise and knowledge when he made me aware that the adjustable base the other company had suggested for me would affect and probably void my Stearns and Foster warranty. Chuck was very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
