Absolute clown show. Came in to buy a mattress b/c the one we bought there previously had spring issues. Guy in the store let's us know its still under warranty. Great! Has us buy the new one and says as soon as the warranty gets approved, come in and we'll pay off the new loan with the credit. Easy as that. Except, no, when the warranty gets approved, I call to get it sorted and the manager says we cant do that.
