Kept waiting for over an hour despite my order being received and held for me. The woman at the counter was hopeless. After an hour, retrieving my ordered product, accepting my payment she said I couldn't leave until she printed my invoice and having me sign. At that point, having paid and received my order i said NO and walked out. This was just opposite to the excellent service in your santa rosa and rohnert park offices!
The gentlemen who delivered my mattress were very friendly professional, and kept me informed as things were being done. Great job
