Scott was AMAZING. go to him to solve everything. Literally everything. I bought an adjustable base in SoCal that was shipped up to Norcal that ended up having an electrical problem. I talked with customer support for months. They kept ignoring me or putting more to a new support team. Then one day I decided to walk into the Petaluma location and he fixed my “8 month problem” in 1 day. He got me a new base. He also helped me figure out how to not have to return it myself.
