I went into Mattress Firm here in Petaluma today. When I walked in, I had an idea of what I wanted. I was a little overwhelmed but started to look around. I didn't get the best feeling in there at first and all of the sudden this bubbly young woman came out of the break room or bathroom (I don't know) and said "Hi. How can I help you? Danelia, at the Petaluma Mattress Firm Srore, is the BEST! She helped me every step of the way to make sure i purchased the correct matress for my back. I have AS and loaded with osteoarthritis. She took her time with me. She even called the day of delivery to confirm delivery time. She insured I received the automated phone message stating the time they were coming.
