Incredible customer service. Spoke to Frico over the phone and drove up 30 miles to the store just from the customer service provided over the phone alone. Once I got there, Frico was very friendly and allowed me to test out mattresses I was interested in. Was very knowledgeable on the different types of mattress that the store sells. Once I decided on my mattress it was delivered the very next day. The delivery guys showed up right when they said they would and installed the base and mattress. Overall great experience.
