Brad is awesome. No “high pressure” sales pitch and fit my budget perfectly. Great experience. Delivery men were careful, courteous and even put on the little booties. All around great deal. X.
I believe his name is John but I can be mistaken, but he’s the store manager. He was amazing!! Because I knew what I needed and he knew his customer service, I was in and out!! Even with the system glitches- he troubleshot and solved them extremely quickly. I will continue driving to PR over a closer mattress firm to my home
