Alan was great, very knowledgeable
Went in with my 88 year old veteran father who is on very limited income and we bought a mattress that I didn't expect a lot from, but was told it was good quality and within budget. I was informed that it would $250 to exchange for the upgraded mattress we had looked at (asked twice about it) which was the price difference between the two mattresses.
