We purchased a Beauty Rest mattress in September of 2022 at Mattress Firm. The mattress was sagging terrible. We just happened to be near Mattress Firm on 27th. We intended on purchasing a new mattress. Demarcus greeted us like he had know us forever! We explained our issues with our mattress and he asked us a few questions, then told us the Beauty Rest had a 10 year warranty! He gave us the website to file a claim.
