Jenny Gerry G and Mateus are an amazing team! They were so nice to mom while she picked out her mattress. The let her try many till she found the perfect mattress. I would highly recommend Mattress Firm in Norwalk on Connecticut Ave. to anyone who appreciates quality service! They are wonderful!
If you need help finding the right mattress, I highly recommend coming here and working with Gerry. What I appreciated most was that we didn’t feel pressured. He focused on educating us, walking through the differences between mattress types, and helping us figure out what we wanted. By the time we made our decision, we felt confident and informed. If you’re shopping for a bed and want help from someone who is honest and really knows his stuff - ask for Gerry. I wish every salesperson were as authentic as this guy.
Very disappointed with the service. The delivery they were very unprofessional and didn't come back to pick up the box spring.
