My mattress showed up today and is very clearly used. Stitches coming out of it all over the place, and severely dipped/sagging on one side. Getting the run around from the store in the form of unreturned phone calls. Do not spend your money here. It is unfortunate because the man that helped me pick out the mattress was so kind, informative, patient, and knowledgeable.
