Andy was amazing... I honestly had no idea that beds and frames were so complicated... after laying on multiple ones, going home thinking on it... going back, still undecided... Andy was able.to help us narrow it down to the one we chose. We never felt pressured to buy, the process Andy provided us with was effortless, and enjoyable. Thank you Andy!!!
I went in knowing exactly what I wanted, Jane brought me straight to it. She did her due diligence to make sure I knew what I was getting, and also provided an upsell option in case I was interested. All in all it was straightforward and simple sale and I am now enjoying my new TempurPedic base with the new features.
What a great experience. I have back pain and hip pain. Trinity listened to what I needed and showed me what they offered. I tried out about 6 mattresses before I picked. She never pressured me into anything or tried to hurry me. The one I finally chose had lumbar support. Everything went great and easy. This is the 5th mattresses we have bought there. Always treated with respect and kindness. Thank you Mattress firm and all the staff we have worked with.
