Harry the salesman was very knowledgeable and made the entire process as seamless as possible while taking the time to educate us on the different mattress types and allowing us to take our time. Me and my partner enjoyed our shopping process and that was all thanks to Harry
Great service! The agent at the store was really patient, let us try all the mattresses, adjusted everything to the costs we wanted, knew how to explain each product, and finally also contacted us and helped us place the order easily and quickly. The mattress arrives in less than 24 hours.
I had problems with a delivery that got stolen. Mattress Firm solved my problem on the spot. Domenica assured me she would take care of my problem and I walked out with my package. She was also very polite and professional.
Edit: Thanks for the reply but in response to the owner’s comment, the shop assistant was on her phone, looked up and saw us, but immediately went back to scrolling on her phone at her desk. We waited a few minutes but she just ignored. I would totally understand if she was busy or at least acknowledged us instead of pretending not to see customers. They don’t close until 9 but won’t let us in at 8:45. The shop associate pretended not to see us. We just needed to check something real quick. Won’t be coming back…
