Edit: Thanks for the reply but in response to the owner’s comment, the shop assistant was on her phone, looked up and saw us, but immediately went back to scrolling on her phone at her desk. We waited a few minutes but she just ignored. I would totally understand if she was busy or at least acknowledged us instead of pretending not to see customers. They don’t close until 9 but won’t let us in at 8:45. The shop associate pretended not to see us. We just needed to check something real quick. Won’t be coming back…
En mi caso, el servicio de atención al cliente fue terrible. La oferta de ventas nunca se concretó. La tarjeta de crédito que solicité fue emitida a nombre de otra persona. En definitiva, toda mi experiencia no fue más que una sucesión de errores. In my case, the customer service was terrible. The sales offer, never happen. The credit card I applied for was issued under a different name. All in all, my entire experience was nothing but errors.
Got a beauty rest 1yr it was collapsed in the middle. 1and a half inches .1300 dollors down the drain .mattress firm did nothing to make things right .the warranty is worth nothing .don't go to this store for a beds .THEY DONT TAKE CARE OF THERE CUSTOMERS.........
Today I went to buy a mattress and I was greeted by Domenica. From the start I felt comfortable as English is not my first language and right from there we connected. I was shopping on a strict budget and unlike most people in sales. She did not try and upsell me. She found me a wonderful orthopedic mattress from the warehouse and helped me in more ways than one. She was a god send , thank you!!
