This store location has a wide variety of mattresses. We went in to see if we can take advantage of the Presidents’ Day sale. Domenica, the store manager, helped us out. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the various types of mattresses. She helped us figure out which mattress was right for us. We are extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism from Domenica and at this store and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Great experience at Mattress Firm North Bergen (Tonnelle Commons). Domenica was knowledgeable, courteous, and helped me find the perfect mattress within my budget. She even followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. The showroom was clean, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend—excellent customer service and they truly stand behind their products.

I recently moved and was looking for a new mattress to buy. Domenica has been incredibly helpful in helping me finding the one that was best suited for me. Not only is she really knowledgeable in all the products, but she is really diligent in finding discounts and deals -- keeping the best interest of the customer in mind.
