I have visited two Mattress Firm stores. At the first one, the store in Bryn Mawr, I was treated rudely and impatiently by a man who clearly did not want to be doing his job. I had such a bad experience that I decided to visit a different store. Next, I went to the Newtown Square store. I was waited on there by a woman named “MJ “. She was friendly, considerate, patient, humorous, and honest. She answered all my questions, helped me make my decision, and in general was an ideal retail sales person.
