I bought a mattress and bed frame. The bed frame I purchased is defective. I spoke to Monica to process a return for this defective item, and I was told that furniture is not returnable. Nowhere on the receipt does it say furniture is not returnable, and even if that is the case defective unit should be returnable. Why would a customer be forced to keep something that is broken? Here's to a good night sleep! Monica was Wonderful! I went in absolutely sure of what I wanted, I was wrong. I left with what I needed I wanted a bed with coils and pillow topper I left with a Tempur-Pedic Getting old doesn't have to suck if you have the right bed!!
Great customer service. Monica was very helpful and knowledgeable. She mad the process a lot easier. Listened to what I wanted and didn’t pressure me into anything. Would recommend for sure!
