I visited the store today because I suffer from severe neck and back pain. I wanted some good pillows to help support my neck and not keep me being pitched. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Stephen. He was Knowledgeable, patient and gave me privacy to lay on a bed and sample some of the pillows. Stephen also took the time out to inform me that I Needed to take five days to sleep on the pillow before it’s actually broken in. Stephen was gentle and kind. I appreciated his warm smile when I came in. -Dominica
