1/5 – Total bait-and-switch. AVOID THIS STORE. I tried the floor model for over an hour — it felt perfect. The one delivered felt NOTHING like it: completely different firmness and comfort. I slept on it every night for over a month. Zero improvement. Called to return it. They said I still owe a $250 restocking fee (plus the $50 I already paid for delivery). Then, after I posted this honest review, the store messaged me offering to refund the $250… but only if I delete this and write a positive one instead. Shady. Dishonest.... read more
